Real stories. Real spaces.

The Challenge: a beautiful room that turned into a dumping ground

When Julie* reached out, her bonus room had become a storage zone—holiday bins, scattered office supplies, craft materials, and forgotten projects. Somewhere in the chaos was a desk, but walking into the room felt overwhelming.

And yet, she didn’t want to give up on the space. With beautiful natural light streaming in through the windows, she knew it could be a calming, productive place to work. She just needed a little help clearing the way.

The Solution: reclaiming the space to be functional again

We got to work sorting everything into clear categories—Christmas décor, office supplies, crafts, and donations. Working alongside Julie, we helped her make thoughtful decisions about what stayed, what went, and how to best use the space.

We leaned into what inspired her—natural light, clean surfaces, and easy access to the tools she actually uses. Holiday items were packed away neatly, and long-forgotten supplies were donated or tossed. Furniture was rearranged to open up the room and highlight the window’s glow.

The Results: a fresh space for work—and peace of mind

By the end of our session, the clutter was gone, and the room had been transformed into a light-filled workspace with breathing room and intention.

Julie was thrilled. “It just feels like me again,” she said.

This wasn’t just about organizing. It was about creating a space where she could think clearly, work creatively, and feel at home again.

“This room used to be where all the random stuff landed— things I didn’t know what to do with that I planned to sort through later. Now it’s my favorite place in the house. It feels like a real office where I can actually get things done and enjoy being in the space.”
